I once heard that the deeper we can ground ourselves, the higher we can reach up. I have found in practice for this to be true.
When I am grounded
-I am in balance (or aware where I am out of balance)
-Occurrences with people, places and things that I am supposed to notice, get my “surprised attention”. Rather than reacting I can step into my inner observer and just be in neutral wonder about what I am REALLY supposed to see, how I really feel, and what I am to do or not do.
-Life just goes better
