Smudging Products and Techniques

Come one Come all – new or proficient smudgers

Smudging is a ceremonial rite used by many cultures for cleansing or blessing persons and/or spaces. We will play with and discuss – the different properties of a variety of products used as tools for smudging. We will focus on technique, how to receive “information” from our efforts and practice smudging each other. Each participant will go home having made a mini smudge stick for their own future use.
